Been in the skateboard Committee group, years after fund-raising we finally got our skate park which has gotten the youngsters back to behaving. Was first a tech street skater then ended up crippling my ankle and decided that I needed a change. Since 2005, been doing freestyle and enjoying it (no stress). My style is mainly stationary combos, but I’m starting to get out of that habit.

About Us
Yella Clothing exists to produce simple, durable and stylish clothes for all forms of board sports. Skateboarding, Surfing, Snowboarding, Wakeboarding, Kite Surfing and anything else you can do on a board will be catered for by this website.
The two founders of Yella Clothing are Sam Tabiner and Dave Barker, two guys who met at uni and concocted a plan to take over the world through board sports clothing and hardware! See the Individual sections for Bios for both of them!
We are here to offer the British Boarding community a brand to be proud of, we want to compete with the likes of Billabong and Quicksilver, as well as the specialist Boarding companies such as Shorty’s, Burton, Jet Pilot and Headworkz. These are all American or Australian brands and they dominate the market, we are here to try and make a dent in their share of the market, and prove that a British company has the staying power to compete across the World in a whole range of board sports.
We have already started looking for British Boarders with a view to sponsoring young, talented groms and upstarts. We have a vids section where we will be putting all the “Sponsor Me” films of those who are good enough to make the team…we may even put some funny ones up so that everyone has a chance to get in there.
Yella Clothing will be paying for Boarders to enter comps and we will supply them with our freshest ranges of clothing, plus they will have the opportunity to design their own Tees and Board Graffs.
That’s enough reading for now…Get out there and rip it up!!!!
